Marie Agniel

Licensed Acupuncturist

Marie Agniel, L.Ac is a Nationally Board-Certified Licensed Acupuncturist by the State of New York.  Her passionate journey in holistic medicine started in 2014 in receiving an Associates of Occupational Science degree in Massage Therapy from The Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and then a Masters of Science from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture in 2018. While studying at Tri-State College, she trained three styles of Acupuncture: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Physical Medicine with Trigger Point Technique, and Japanese Style Acupuncture. She is also a proud member of Acupuncturists Without Borders (AWB). Alongside running her practice, she is currently working on a doctorate in Acupuncture. 

As a zealous and dedicated practitioner, Marie loves empowering her patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. Her philosophical focus is to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.

Marie‘s practice has a special focus on mental health such as anxiety, insomnia, emotional imbalance, PTSD, stress management or “broken heart” and likes to treat all kinds of conditions including  migraines, headaches and women’s health such as PMS, irregular/ painful periods, PCOS or Endometriosis. Marie’s modalities include cupping, gua sha, essential oils, e-stim, trigger points, Japanese acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese medicine.
